What’s now, new and next in the world of luxury commercial real estate – a multi-billion-dollar market with players who’ve shaped the American skyline – is the focus of Luxury Roundtable’s next conference with law firm Herrick.

The Luxury Commercial Real Estate Summit 2026 in New York on Thursday, Sept. 16 will showcase some of the largest players in luxury commercial real estate in the United States. Speakers include leaders of some of the leading developers, brokers, architectural firms, designers, hoteliers and sporting franchises, all gathered to discuss potential opportunities and challenges in the high-end of the commercial real estate market.

“The conference is designed to transfer knowledge from some of the smartest minds in real estate and also encourage intense networking among a rare gathering of people who’ve shaped the skyline of cities such as New York, Miami, Los Angeles and beyond,” said Luxury Roundtable CEO Mickey ALAM KHAN.

“Why attend? Because delegates will meet executives who set the agenda and budgets in the billions for real estate that includes office towers, mixed-use facilities, branded residences and hotels, sports facilities including stadiums, and luxury retail stores,” he said.

Luxury Roundtable and its luxury research and analysis portal sibling Luxury Marketer have partnered on this exclusive executive summit with Herrick, one of the leading law firms in New York with deep-bench expertise in real estate, hospitality, IP, trademarks and sports law, among other fields.

Other sessions will focus on what high-net-worth travelers expect from hospitality, navigating landmarks, luxury and growth in New York, anatomy of super-high-end developments, luxury retail as a destination, state of luxury condos and the changing face of the office.

The daylong event will be preceded by an exclusive networking cocktail reception on Wednesday, Sept. 15 at 2 Park Avenue, 27th Floor, New York, NY 10016. The conference will be held on the ground floor conference room at the same venue.

THE CALIBER OF speakers, content and networking at the Luxury Commercial Real Estate Summit is in line with Luxury Roundtable’s conference series that is an industry staple for luxury professionals across all sectors. This event, like the others, is intimate and focusing on helping delegates hear from the best in the field.

“You won’t find such high-power talent in one room without the distraction and babble of trade shows and booths,” Mr. Alam Khan said. “It’s purely knowledge exchange and a chance to have one-on-one networking in an exclusive setting.”
