Call for speakers and sponsors: Luxury Retail Forum: Experience 2.0

Luxury Roundtable is inviting nominations for speakers and sponsors to participate in the Luxury Retail Forum: Experience 2.0 event planned for Thursday, Sept. 12 in New York.

The daylong event will feature fireside chats, panel discussions and a research keynote. Like other executive summits from Luxury Roundtable, the Luxury Retail Forum is expected to attract C-suite and senior executives across all sectors of luxury with decision-making power.

“This event will focus on how luxury retailers and brands need to recalibrate their retail strategy to accommodate new tastes, younger customers and other demands on luxury shopping budgets – all in the penumbra of unique customer experiences,” said Mickey ALAM KHAN, CEO of Luxury Roundtable, New York.

Luxury Roundtable is the world’s leading producer of executive summits in luxury across key themes such as year-ahead outlook, marketing, women leadership, retail, wealthy and real estate. Conferences produced this year include the Luxury Outlook Summit in January, Luxury Marketing Summit in April and Luxury Women Leaders Summit in June, as well as two roundtable partnerships with the Women’s Jewelry Association and Heesen Yachts.

All speakers at the Luxury Retail Forum bar the research keynote will preferably be luxury retailers and luxury brands with retail operations.

Topics covered during the conference include the role of experiences across in-store and digital, state of luxury retail, luxury shopper behavior across all channels, retail real estate, and marketing and branding strategy.

Other themes under discussion will include pricing strategy, merchandising reflecting market tastes, store and digital design, brand collaborations and partnerships, loyalty programs, examining luxury retail performers such as Hermès, LVMH, Chanel, Richemont and Swatch Group, and tech including metaverse and AR/VR.

THE EVENT WILL run 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., with networking breaks and a sponsored luncheon. Closed to press.
