The urgency for women in luxury to enter and retain leadership roles

As we prepare for our April 15 Luxury Women Leaders Summit, here’s a worrying trend we’re seeing: women face higher workplace risks than men due to AI automation.

Up to 28 percent of women's jobs are at risk from AI disruption higher than men's, according to a new report from the International Labor Organization. And that cuts across industries and geographies.

That’s why Luxury Roundtable’s Luxury Women Leaders Summit on April 15 in New York will raise this issue among many others on how to ensure that women continue to play a key role at all levels in an organization, and particularly at the decision-making table. This is the only global event for women leaders in luxury across sectors.
